Jessica Eichholz is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. She obtained her Master's Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Jessica works part-time with adults using a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Jessica uses a strengths-based perspective to help clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and coping with life transitions.
Jessica is certified in treating binge eating and chronic dieting and uses a trauma-informed approach to help clients address body shame, develop a healthy relationship with food, and defy diet culture.
